I specialize in helping clients process painful experiences in ways that feel safe and manageable. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a research-backed approach that helps reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories so you can live more fully in the present.

Whether that’s scrolling, isolation, or reaching for substances to take the edge off, therapy can offer a grounded place to process the emotional load you’re carrying.
